Two years after six-year-old Hind Rajab was killed in Gaza, the Palestinian Film Festival Australia honours her memory with the Australian premiere of Kaouther Ben Hania’s award-winning docudrama.
The Voice of Hind Rajab opens in Australian and New Zealand cinemas from 5 March 2026.
An urgent and harrowing docudrama that reconstructs the final hours of six-year-old Hind Rajab, trapped in a car in Gaza on 29 January 2024. Director Kaouther Ben Hania weaves real audio recordings with dramatised re-enactments of Red Crescent volunteers desperately trying to save her life.
